Sales Terms and Conditions

Returns: Must be made within 48 hours of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and stickers attached. If a tag is missing, our sales team will verify that the item hasn’t been used. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.

 Exchanges: Available within 7 days of purchase for items in unused condition, with all tags attached or verified as new by our team. 

Repairs: For items from the Arezu Gold Signature Collection, we provide complimentary repairs or replacement of zircon gemstones, provided the damage is not due to misuse or improper care. Repairs for items from other collections may be offered where possible, subject to additional costs.

Gift Receipt: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a gift receipt.

Custom-made, pre-ordered, or resized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.
